Frequently asked Questions (FAQs)
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where can I order from right now?
Pre-orders are currently open to France, the US, the UK, and Australia. I’m actively working on expanding to more countries — if you’re outside these regions, join the notify list and I’ll email you the moment your country opens up. This isn’t a permanent limit, just where I am on day one.
Why isn’t my country available yet?
I’m handling printing and shipping personally, order by order, to make sure every copy actually reaches the person who ordered it without getting lost in a system built for bulk publishers. Opening a new region means confirming reliable printing and shipping there first —
I’d rather expand carefully than promise something I can’t deliver on.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Books are printed on demand once you order, not shipped from a pre-made stock. Expect 5-7 weeks from order to delivery, depending on your location. You’ll get an email with tracking information once your copy ships.
Can I return or exchange my book?
Standard and Signed editions can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with standard consumer protection. The Special edition can’t be returned, since it’s made specifically for you and has no resale value to anyone else.
Is this a “real” published book?
Yes. Between Me and the Moon is self-published through my own imprint, Trevinpoetry, with an official ISBN, and distributed through professional print-on-demand infrastructure — the same production quality used by traditional publishers. I chose to self-publish so I could keep creative control over every detail, from the six-phase structure to the physical object itself.
Do you ship internationally beyond the four listed countries eventually?
Yes — this is the plan, expanding market by market. Being on the notify list is the best way to know the moment your country
opens.
I have a question that’s not here.
Email me directly at cutinhotrevin@gmail.com — I’m personally handling every order right now, so you’re talking to the actual author, not a support team.
